When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, and the project details you share.
If you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver the project — communication records, project requirements, and any access credentials you provide for the duration of the engagement.
Like most web services, our site logs IP addresses and request metadata for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
Information is used to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver projects, and invoice for completed work.
We do not sell client data, and project details are never shared outside the engagement without your permission.
3. Who we share it with
Only sub-processors required to run our business — invoicing and email tools. We may also share information when legally required to by a regulator or court order.
4. Data retention
Project-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for support purposes, then deleted on request.
